I lived in Honduras when I was younger, and I love Central American food (I have passed that love on to my kids as well). We are thrilled to have found Pupuseria El Torogoz! This restaurant serves a wide variety of delicious Salvadoran dishes which will become a part of our regular rotation.
Called ahead about an hour earlier to let them know 20 of us were headed their way. We ordered in advanced. It was a perfect sunny day, they brought out umbrellas an extra table with chairs, they were super accommodating. Staff was on point making sure we were all set to enjoy our food journey Food was delicious, with plenty of curtido and hot sauce. We tried a new soda which was fantastic. All in all we all give it 5 s. Thank you for helping us all enjoy our day off!

My husband, my mom, and I come here almost every week for breakfast and it's been that way for almost a year. The food is always amazing - very authentic Salvadorian food, very tasty, and very flavorful! I've never had anything here I don't like! Their cheese and jalapeno pupusas are great every time! The service is amazing - always accurate, friendly, and fast! The people who work here are so kind and attentive! I can't say enough good things about this place! Definitely check it out!
Best papusas I've ever had. The chicken tamales are delicious. You'll wait an hour for food, but it is absolutely worth it. Can't wait to go back. Thursdays is 12 for 20 papusas!
